Our Story
Chocovana was born from a single belief: that chocolate, when made with honesty and artistry, can transform a moment. Our chocolatiers source single-origin cacao directly from family-run farms in Ecuador, Peru, and Madagascar — building relationships as carefully as they build flavour.
Every batch is slow-conched for 48 hours, hand-tempered at 72°C, and cooled in controlled conditions before being hand-finished and packaged to order. No shortcuts. No compromises.
